For Colds and Sinusitis Benadryl, 25 mg-(Nasal congestion or runny nose) every four hours as needed.
Tylenol Cold--as directed
Tylenol and Tylenol Extra Strength--One every 4-6 hours as needed for pain/headache.
Robitussin DM--as directed for cough.
For Pain Tylenol Extra Strength--every 4 hours as needed.
Tylenol--every 4 hours as needed.
For Constipation

Stool Softeners--Surfak, Fibercon, Metamucil, Dialose and Dialose Plus--all as directed.

Laxatives--Senokot(granules, liquid or capsules)--as directed.
Agoral-as directed.
Milk of Magnesia

For Anemia or Fatigue Fergon(nonprescription)--one daily. Can be taken with prenatal vitamins. May be prescribed by doctor in larger doses. Needs no prescription.
For Hemorrhoids Preparation H--as directed
Anusol(cream or suppositories)--as directed
For Nausea Usually need prescription--Call office and watch diet.
For Diarrhea Parapectolin or Kaopectate--as directed. If persists over 24-36 hours, call office.
For Yeast Infection Monistat or Gyne-Lotrimin--after first trimester(3 months).
For Skin Irritations or Infections(Example: poison ivy, rash)

Benadryl Cream, Caldryl or Calamine Lotion--If condition persists or gets worse after 48 hours, call office.

Neosporin Ointment--Skin infections or to prevent them. (Example: minor cuts.)

For Gas Pains and Heartburn

Mylanta or Maalox--For heartburn; Gaviscon. For gas--as directed. Watch diet.

Mylicon-80--chewable. Watch diet.
